I should keep the blog or can it? Honestly, if I want a journal, I can have a file for that on my desktop. I thought blogs were not ONLY about writing out our thoughts and ideas, but a SHARING, and to get feedback and support from other followers. I even took the time to change the look of mine a little bit yesterday. Thought maybe SOMEONE, ANYONE might care that I did so, and have something to say. It's been weeks since I had one iota of a comment, and I've already deleted my waste of time Hive account. What a bust. And what were the points all about anyway?
I'm afraid that the bead and me may soon have to part ways. They just aren't cuttin' for me.
TTFN if not forever

Thanks, Liha. Good to know. I do enjoy it for the most part. Just goes along with my lost bead mojo and down in the dumps-dom this week, I guess. Still thinkin'on it. Definitely won't have the same amount of time - for a person that is self employed, I am way tooooo busy.
Now I know for sure that I've posted comments in the past week or so! i look at my blog as a journal w/pictures. I wouldn't give it up if no one else read it! Keep it up!
Robbie - I went all the way back to May 1st - there have been no comments to ANY of my blogs until today. Maybe something is blocking them, or somehow they aren't coming through. That's why I'm so frustrated. Because it seemed like I was starting to get folks like you and Lisa, and Dawn commenting regularly. Still haven't decided if I'll stop - or just not blog as often. But thanks so much for reading. I DO appreciate it.
I follow your blog! Probably most people follow blogs like I do...on a reader (like Google Reader). I think many people follow lots of blogs. What I tend to do(maybe others do too) is scroll through all the posts pretty quickly. I usually stop my scrolling to read the posts that really catch my eye. May I suggest that you post more pictures when you write. A picture is usually the eye-catcher and worth a thousand words...just a suggestion :) I hope you continue to blog. I think blogging is pretty cathartic. Just my 2 cents worth. Sometimes I get lots of comments and other times none at all. I do it mostly for me. Hope you get your lost bead mojo back and are out of the dumps soon!!
Thanks,Doreen. That's kind of how I feel about it. I do it mostly for me. I do try to post photos of my jewelry and my garden - but have had trouble posting photos to Blogger of late. And since I'm on this bead fast - no new project photos, I'm afraid. I do have some new ideas in the works, as well as a surprise that my husband and I are working on for everyone that I will want to blog about in coming weeks. I suppose what I really need to do is control my POST urge when I'm feeling snarky!
Yes, I think I understand. Sometimes I just feel like I want to sell all my crafty stuff and make my "studio" back into a real bedroom. Then I think I'll just delete my blog. I just close the door to the studio and don't post on my blog for awhile. It seems that creative urge always returns though :)
