Yep.  Decided that's the name:

Eyelash yarn is so fun to work with!  I wanted to use real feathers, but couldn't quite find what I wanted, plus the yarn actually had stitches for me to baste from.  It is the exact vision I had the minute I purchased the pendant.  Just took awhile to bring it all together.  I think this is going to be an Art Gallery Holiday Market piece.  It is a bit festive and fun all at the same time.
